GERMANY/UK - Riverside portfolio company acquires UK communications firm

The Riverside Company, along with several other investors, has backed Sage Holdings in the acquisition of UK-based financial communications firm т€“ M:Communications, and of a leading global proxy solicitation firm т€“ D.F. King & Co., Inc. Established in June 2007 in Munich, Germany, Sage Holdings was created to support the global growth of a range of international communication businesses through acquisitions, investments, joint-ventures, strategic alliances and organic growth. Sage now has more than 700 employees and operates out of 30 countries.
