GERMANY - GI Partners puts Acentic up for sale
According to reports, GI Partners has mandated Cavendish Corporate Finance to find a buyer for on-demand content provider Acentic GmbH, with the price tag thought to be up to £100m.
Headquartered in Cologne, Acentic is an international provider of digital content, technology, support and services that deliver entertainment and revenue generation tools via hotel television. The company was formed in 2003 with the merger of four pay-TV, in-room system suppliers. Customers include several hotel groups, including Hilton, Hyatt and Marriot.
