
GERMANY - Aheim acquires Remy & Geiser
Aheim Capital has acquired pharmaceutical packaging Remy & Geiser GmbH, together with the new CEO, Christoph Hanschke, and the existing management team, for an undisclosed sum.
Remy & Geiser, headquartered in Anhausen, is focused on the development, production and distribution of primary pharmaceutical packaging, offering a packaging system made of plastic, glass and elastomers. Customers from the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry as well as wholesale pharmacies are served. More than 50% of sales are derived from direct and indirect exports outside of Germany. The company employs more than 220 employees at three locations: Anhausen (Rhineland-Palatinate), Hinternah and Altenfeld (both Thuringia).
