FRANCE - MBO Partners et al purchase Les Zelles

The deal saw MBO Partners take a 58% stake in the business, while SG Capital Partners and SGAM AI took 20% each and the management gained the balance. Lapeyre Saint Gobain Group has owned Les Zelles for the past 14 years.

The La Bresse-based company is a B2B manufacturer, distributor and installer of PVC windows to businesses that specialise in commercial renovation and commercial construction, as well as supplying windows to independent contractors under its Menuisier Conseil banner. The company has around 500 employees and generated EUR 80m turnover in 2007, which represented a 7% organic growth on the previous year.
