UK - Gresham appoints Bull

Bull, who will be based in London, joins from Mitsui Private Equity, where he held the position of principal. He has previously worked for both 3i and LDC.

In August Gresham backed the management buyout of five businesses from Formation plc to create James Grant Group Ltd, a provider of management and professional services to the sports, music and entertainment sectors. The investment was 100% funded by Gresham using its debt underwriting product.
