
Altium’s Hinderer steps down
Michael Hinderer, managing director and member of Altium’s board, is to step down at the end of the year.
Hinderer will remain with the company in the New Year as chairman of the advisory board.
Hinderer was one of Altium's original founders back in 1986, setting up CFP Corporate Finance Partners, which later became Altium. Prior to that he worked as an executive at a German investment bank.
Hinderer holds a master's in business administration, economics and social sciences from the University of St Gallen, as well as a PhD in business administration from the Leopold-Franzens University in Innsbruck.
He holds a number of board positions, including a seat on Capital Dynamics' board.
