NORWAY - Nordic Capital recruits new Norwegian partner
Tom Vidar Rygh has joined Nordic Capital as a partner. He will be responsible for Nordic Capital’s focus in Norway where the GP is looking to source more deals going forward.
He joins Nordic Capital from various positions within industrial and financial companies. Rygh has been a director at several listed and unlisted companies in a number of different sectors including Carlsberg Breweries, Storebrand ASA, Dyno ASA, Eniro AB and Helly Hansen ASA. He was also chairman of Telenor ASA, Aktiv Kapital, Orkla Finans AS and several other companies and has served as advisor to a number of prominent international investment groups.
