FRANCE - TCR Capital makes two new appointments

French independent mid-cap private equity firm TCR Capital has appointed Roberta Nataf as general secretary in charge of fund management and investor relations, and David Robin as partner. It is understood that TCR is looking to substantially expand its team going forward.

Nataf has been at TCR since 1998 as senior partner. Prior to this, she worked for Quilvest, focusing on the European market. Nataf began her career with Bank of Boston.

Robin joined TCR Capital in 2001, after beginning his career in mergers & acquisitions at BNP Paribas. He has completed around 15 deals with TCR.

The private equity firm recently raised its third fund TCR Capital Partners III, which closed on EUR 150m.
