FRANCE - Lovells poaches Eversheds partner

Pascal de Moidrey is an M&A lawyer who specialises in private equity transactions. He trained at Moquet Borde & Associés and then moved to Gide Loyrette Nouel. He left Gide in 1997 to become one of the founding partners of Latournerie Wolfrom & Associés, where he helped to create the corporate team. He left Latournerie in 2003 to head up Eversheds' corporate department in Paris.

Edith Boucaya who has spent her entire career at Eversheds and also specialises in private equity work will accompany Pascal and joins Lovells as Counsel.

In Paris they will join the three partner team of Jon Harry, Alexis Terray and Monique Sentilles-Dupont.
