ITALY - Cape LIVE to invest EUR 5m in new SME fund

Cape LIVE is to commit EUR 5m to Equilybra Capital Partners, a private equity fund that is designed to invest in public and private SMEs.

Equilybra will invest in SMEs with a turnover of EUR 30m and below, initially taking minority stakes in listed companies in sectors with high growth margins. Equilybria is part of an initiative is led by Matteo Gatti.
