ITALY - Quantica's second fund closes on EUR 65m
Italian venture firm Quantica has closed its second fund, Principia II, on EUR 65m, surpassing its target of EUR 20-40m.
Principia II will be invested in high-tech spin-offs and start-ups in Southern Italy. A portion of the fund is earmarked for expansion deals. The fund's deployment period is four years.
Quantica launched the second fund in January last year.
