FRANCE - CDC Capital Investissement hires three investors

Pierre-Henri Besse was previously an investment executive at Sigefi Private Equity, where he worked on buyouts and growth capital transactions. Prior to this he worked as a corporate finance analyst for Crédit Lyonnais Securities in New York, and as M&A analyst for Rothschild.

Antoine Emmanuelli joins CDC CI from Ernst & Young's Transaction Advisory Services, where he provided advice to distressed companies, private equity firms and banks. He also conducted due diligence work.

Thierry Schindele was an investment director at Natexis Investissement Partners, where he has managed investments in companies valued at EUR 30-300m. Prior to this, he worked in the structured finance department at Bank of Scotland, after beginning his career with Anderson Audit.
