
DENMARK - Polaris holds first close on EUR 275m
Danish buyout house Polaris Private Equity has held a first of close of its third fund on EUR 275m.
The fund's returning backers are AP Moller Maersk, Danske Bank and ATP Private Equity Partners. New Danish subscribers include Salling Fonden, FIH, Primo Holding and C.L. Davids Fond og Samling. The fund also attracted international capital from Pohjola Private Equity Funds in Finland; Alliance Trust Equity Partners in Scotland; ACG Private Equity and Parvilla in France; and Swiss fund-of-funds Euro Private Equity.
