FRANCE – 21 Partners launches EUR 500m fund
According to sources, Franco-Italian private equity firm 21 Partners has launched a EUR 500m fund.
The vehicle is would be the fourth fund dedicated to French investments.
The previous fund, 21 Centrale Partners III, was raised in June 2006 and closed in December 2006 on €330m. The firm completed six buyouts across France, Spain and Italy last year. Their most recent transaction was the estimated EUR 20m buyout of software business Jet Multimedia.Latest News
