
LITHUANIA - MartinsonTrigon acquires 100% of shares in MicroLink Lietuva
AS Martinson Trigon, a Tallinn-based investment fund, has acquired 100% of MicroLink Lietuva and IT training company Baltijos Kompiuteriu Akademija (BKA) from Lietuvos Telekomas.
MicroLink Lietuva provides professional data communications, central systems maintenance and PC services to Lithuanian business customers. The company is also involved in implementation of complex enterprise resource planning and documents management systems for large Lithuanian enterprises. BKA is a professional IT training company.
The combined turnover of two companies in July-December 2005 was 9.3m litas (EUR 2.7m), with net profits at 0.86m litas (EUR 0.25m). It has over 90 employees.
MartinsonTrigon will continue to develop MicroLink Lietuva as leading IT and data communications company targeting the needs of business customers. The investment fund will inject additional capital into the equity of the company.
