UK - Addleshaw Goddard appoints new partner
Addleshaw Goddard has strengthened its banking practice with the appointment of Michael Crosby as partner.
Crosby joins the firm from O'Melveny and Myers, where he focused on private equity sponsored leveraged finance transactions acting for a variety of investment banks and private equity houses. He has also previously worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Lehman Brothers.
