GERMANY - Hörmannshofer changes hands

BayernLB has acquired German insulation specialist Hörmannshofer from AXA Private Equity. The transaction value has not been disclosed. Management also invested and hold a minority stake. In 2002, AXA Private Equity and management acquired Hörmnannshofer in the context of a succession issue.
