UK - ISIS backs £20m buyout of software company
ISIS Equity Partners has completed the ТЃ20m management buyout of CSC, a structural engineering software company. Yorkshire Bank provided a debt package to support the deal.
Based in Pudsey, West Yorkshire, CSC's products include Fastrak, Orion and TEDDS. CSC’s current customer base comprises some 2,500 companies in the UK, Ireland, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia, and the business plans to continue international development opportunities in the USA, Middle East, India and Asia Pacific. CSC was founded in 1975 as a subsidiary of a Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy and became independent in 1987 following a management buyout.
