GERMANY - Target Partners appoints partner

Jacobi has been a venture partner at the firm for the past two years. In 2005 Jacobi founded Collax Inc (Boston and Munich), a provider of Linux server systems for mid-market companies, where he remained CEO through to the end of 2006. Previously he was also an investor and CSO at Cobion AG, a provider of IT Security Software.
