SWITZERLAND – ECM acquires stake in KADI AG
Equity Capital Management (ECM) has, together with the management, acquired Swiss convenience food producer KADI AG from its sole previous owner. No financial details were disclosed.
Langenthal-based KADI AG was established in 1951 as Kartoffelflockenfabrik Langenthal. The company produces a range of more than 60 covenience food products such as fries, fingerfood spring rolls and snacks for wholesalers and the restaurant and food service trade. The company has a workforce of some 170 people and reported revenues in excess of EUR 34m (CHF 55m) in the 2007 fiscal year.
