UK - Catalyst makes London appointment

Holden, a chartered accountant, qualified in 2000 and has since gained five years experience in lead advisory corporate finance. A fluent French and German speaker, Holden also spent a year in a corporate finance boutique in Paris where he assisted in the development of a cross-border corporate finance offering. In the last two years he has had a particular focus on the media sector advising on mid-market deals including the MBO of a nightclub from First Leisure.
