UK - Graphite backs £100m secondary buyout of Alexander Mann

Graphite Capital has backed the ТЃ100m secondary management buyout of Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) from Advent International. AMS is a provider of recruitment process outsourcing solutions to blue-chip companies worldwide. Graphite invested ТЃ50m in the transaction which is the first by its most recent fund, Graphite Capital Partners VII which closed on ТЃ435m in May of this year. HSBC provided a debt package to support the buyout.
