NETHERLANDS - Waterland acquires Optima Zorg

Optima Zorg has been active in the homecare and midwivery sectors since 1987, operating under the labels STAT, CCC Zorg and ATC. Because of changes in, and modernisation of the Dutch care system, new opportunities arise in this sector.

Optima Zorg intends to capitalise on these opportunities by on the one hand entering new markets such as the private market, and on the other hand growing to become national care providers in those markets in which it is already active. The company aims to realise this aim both through autonomous growth strategies as well as through acquisitions.
