
UK - Close Brothers announces senior management changes
Close Brothers Corporate Finance has made a number of changes to its senior management team. These changes are part of the company’s strategy to position itself for further growth over the next five years. Stephen Aulsebrook, currently head of European Special Situations, will be appointed the new chief executive officer. Richard Grainger, the current CEO, will become executive vice chairman. In addition, Mike Wheeler, the ex-global managing partner of KPMG Financial Advisory Services, will be joining Close Brothers Corporate Finance as non-executive chairman. Matthew Prest, a managing director in European Special Situations, will become head of that Group.
