FRANCE - IDI exits Armor
IDI and IPO have sold their respective stakes in chemicals company Armor to Orfite.
The Nantes based company is a specialised in chemicals within inks as well as thermal transfers. The company employs 1,400 staff and generated profits of EUR 4.4m on revenues of EUR 140 in 2007.
