UK - 3i appoints Ipreo chairman as senior adviser

Wilton has over 15 years experience in the media sector and joins the company following eight years with financial publisher Hemscott Plc, which has recently merged with US-based i-Deal to form Ipreo LLP. Previously, she was managing director of Reuters Transaction Services and a member of Reuters Executive Committee. She is also currently a non-executive director of Optos Plc.

In this role Wilton will be responsible for identifying transactions in the business information space, with particular emphasis on on-line opportunities.
