GERMANY – Milbank elects two partners

Erhardt, who joined the firm in 2004, specializes in mergers & acquisitions, with a particular focus on private equity transactions and corporate advisory. Memminger also joined the firm in 2004 and is part of the team founding Milbank’s German corporate practice. He specializes in mergers & acquisitions with a particular focus on private equity transactions and takeovers.

The number of lawyers in Milbank’s German practice now amounts to nine partners, with a total of 33 lawyers in Germany. The moves are effective as of 1 November 2008.
