UK - CGT changes prompts Towergate sale
Och-Ziff has completed the ТЃ100m acquisition of preference shares in Towergate, the insurance underwriter and broker. The transaction comes on the back of an aborted deal with Candover that would have seen the private equity investor acquire a 20 per cent stake in the business.
