
Pantheon appoints three new partners in promotions wave
Global private equity firm Pantheon has promoted Ralph Guenther, Graeme Keenan and Alex Scott to partners in its European team.
Guenther is a senior member of Pantheon's European client services team, focusing on the DACH region. He also sources deals for Pantheon's secondaries team. Guenther was previously a managing director with bmp AG, where he worked on private equity fund-of-funds and advisory services for institutional clients. He joined Pantheon in 2011 as a principal.
Keenan is Pantheon's chief risk officer, having joined the firm in 1999. Prior to taking on the role of CRO, he was Pantheon's head of operations.
Scott joined Pantheon in 2005 and is a senior member of the European primary investment team, as well as a member of the European investment committee. He focuses on the evaluation, selection and monitoring of European investment opportunities and has specific responsibility for UK and Italian primary opportunities. Prior to joining Pantheon, Scott was overseeing the West Midlands Pension Fund's private equity portfolio.
In addition to the partnership promotions, Pantheon has also promoted five investment professionals to principal, four to vice president and a further four across associate and senior associate roles.
