FINLAND - CapMan buys Helsinki property from Sitra

The 3,800 square metre building is situated in the Kaartinkaupunki district of Helsinki. It has office and retail space as well as residential apartments, which currently have a high occupancy rate.

CapMan expanded its operations into private equity real estate funds in June 2005, when it established the EUR 500 million CapMan Real Estate I Ky Fund. The fund focuses on investments in Helsinki’s metropolitan area.
