
UK - Eden Ventures et al. sell Apertio to Nokia for EUR 140m
Seven venture backers have realised their investments in communications infrastructure company Apertio through a sale of the business to Nokia Siemens Networks. The deal values Apertio at EUR 140m and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2008. Bristol-based Apertio has been backed by ADD Partners, DVC Deutsche Venture Capital, Eden Capital, Motorola Ventures, The Tokarz Group and Z Corporate in the past.
