FRANCE - Avenir et al. invest EUR 2.5m into Elan
A consortium comprising Avenir Entreprises, Siparex and NCI Gestion has acquired a stake in organic product distributor Elan Nature, making an equity investment of EUR 2.5m.
Elan Nature is a distribution company specialising in organic products ranging from fresh and frozen goods to natural cosmetics sold in Parisian shops. The company was founded in 1997 by Jean-Louise Boyere. It had a turnover of EUR 5m in 2008 and has 20 employees.
