UK - Elysian hires John Ransford

Ransford is currently debuty chief executive of the Local Government Association, from which he will retire in spring 2009. He is also board reporting officer for Local Government Employers (LGE) on pay, pensions and service conditions solutions. Ransford will also be on the board of Elysian's first investment, English Landscapes.
