
UK - Noble Group appoints new directors
Independant UK Investment bank Noble Group has announced the appointment of Stephen Curran and Keith Jones to the board as non-executive directors.
Curran joins from Candover Investments Plc, where he remains non-executive director, after 16 years that have seen him rise from deputy chief executive to chairman. He also holds directorships at Greggs Plc, Countryside Properties Plc and Oxford Investment Partners Ltd.
Jones has most recently worked at CEO of Morley Fund Management until his retirement at the end of 2006 and was a board member of the IMA until earlier this year. He has previously had roles with the ABI Investment Committee, the National Provident Institution, Lazard Brothers and Co, James Chapel and Co and Henley Centre of Forecasting, and was an economic advisor to the UK Government in the 1970.
