Advanced Capital appoints new CEO

Berlé joins from Milan-based merchant banking boutique DVR Capital, where he was vice-chairman. He has 30 years' investment, corporate banking and private equity experience.

For the past 15 years, Berlé has focused on mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity deals across Europe, the US and the Asia-Pacific region.

His previous roles include managing director positions at Rothschild, Barclays de Zoete Wedd and Kidder Peabody & Co, as well as a senior banking position at JP Morgan.
