UK - ECI makes £60m offer for Premier Research Group

ECI Partners has made an offer to acquire clinical services provider Premier Research Group (PRG). The enterprise value of the deal is ТЃ100m.

PRG is a full-services, global Contract Research Organisaion offering services such as design and execution of clinical trials to the pharmaceutical industry. The 100 pence per share offer represents a premium of approximately 38% to the closing price of 72.25 pence per share on 14 March 2008.
