FRANCE - Apax hires three senior associates
Apax partners has strengthened its Paris-based sector teams with the appointment of Damien de Bettignies, Julien Gauthier and Marc Philouze as senior associates.
Gauthier will join the Business & Financial Services team having spent two years as a manager with Barclays' Leverage Finance team in Paris. He began his career in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at Lehman Brothers having graduated from HEC Business School.
Philouze joins the Healthcare team having worked previously for Gilead Sciences, Oliver Wyman and Company and Pfizer, where he became secretary of the executive commitee. He is a graduate of Ecole Centrale Paris and the London School of Economics and holds both a masters degree in pharmaceutical marketing from Paris XI University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
