
SWEDEN - Rite Ventures acquires Frank Dandy Superwear
Swedish private equity and venture firm, Rite Ventures, has acquired bankrupt fashion business Frank Dandy Superwear in an auction.
Frank Dandy was founded in 2003, and is headquartered in Stockholm. The fashion house is primarly known for designing boxer shorts for men, but the line has recently been extended to include a women's line. The products are sold through selected denim and fashion stores in Scandinavia, Europe, Japan and North America.
