EUROPE - SEP appoints general counsel
Venture capital firm SEP has hired Andrew Buchan as general counsel.
Buchan will work on transaction-related, corporate and fund legal issues alongside company secretary Richard Sparrow. He joins SEP from Maclay Murray & Spens, where he was a senior corporate lawyer focusing on venture capital, private equity investments and M&A.
