FRANCE - Argos Soditic pilots the BIMBO of ejection device manufacturer
Argos Soditic has acquired Alkan from MBDA France.
Founded in 1923, Alkan develops and manufactures complex mechanical systems for the aeronautical and defence industries. The company will aim to participate in the sector's consolidation by creaing a group of civilian and military aeronautical equipment providers. Armand Carlier of X-Mines will head the firm.
