GERMANY - Nord Holding sells Perrin to Kitz
Nold Holding has exited its investment in special armature company Perrin in a trade sale to listed Japanese company Kitz Corporation.
Nord acquired the business in 2003, backing a management buyout from listed parent RHI and taking an 85% holding. Over the course of the investment the company's turnover has almost tripled to EUR 90m in 2009, while employee numbers have increased from 105 to 145. An international distribution network has also been established.
