DENMARK - Danish venture investments double in value

In Q4 2005, Danish venture capital groups invested around DKK 680-705m. Investment by Danish groups was approximately 40% higher in 2005 than in 2004.

The funding rounds in Danish ICT-businesses have also increased in size in the past year. An ICT company received on average DKK 2m in Q4 2004 compared with DKK 15m in Q4 2005.
