
SWEDEN - Argan Capital buys service provider unit from Manpower
Argan Capital has signed an agreement for the acquisition of the facility management and contact centre businesses within Manpower Business Solutions from Manpower. The companies employ approximately 1,800 staff and generate revenues of around EUR 170m. The transaction is expected to take effect by the end of 2006 and is subject to the approval of the relevant competition authorities.
