UK - August acquires Funeral Services Partnership
August Equity has completed the acquistion of Funeral Services Partnership (FSP) and committed ТЃ23m to finance a buy-and-build strategy to expand the company throughout the UK.
As part of the deal, Graham Hodson, who is currently non-executive director of the company, will take the position of chairman.
FSP is a consolidator of funeral care providers. The company was founded in 2007.
