Lindsay Goldberg Vogel has appointed Dr Thomas Ludwig as managing partner in its Düsseldorf office, effective 1 January 2010.

Ludwig was chairman of the board at Klöckner & Co SE from 2003 to 2009, leading the company's restructuring and IPO in 2006. Prior to this, he was head of the management team of ThyssenKrupp Serv AG.
