
EQT launches €350m credit fund
EQT has successfully closed the EQT Credit fund with commitments of €350m.
The fund will focus on investments in the debt of over-leveraged but operationally sound mid-sized European companies. EQT Credit will look to be a mid to long-term investor and has the ability to make investments in the secondary market as well as providing new funds.
The fund has received commitments from a large number of existing investors is addition to new global investors. MVision Private Equity Advisers acted as global placing agent during the fundrasising process.
