
GERMANY - Augusta hires Paul Kim for leverage finance team
Merchant bank Augusta & Co has appointed Paul Kim as assistant director.
Kim joins Augusta & Co to support the leveraged finance team in Frankfurt. He has eight years experience in international investment banking and joins from Dresdner Kleinwort, where he spent four years as a vice president in the global banking - leveraged finance division in London and Frankfurt. Previously he was also a senior consultant in the transaction advisory services team at Ernst & Young in Frankfurt, where he worked on buy-side and vendor financial due diligence and valuation services for private equity and corporate clients.
