Former 17Capital IR manager joins Low Carbon
Louise Ward, a former investor relations manager at secondaries mezzanine specialist 17Capital, has joined renewable energy investment company Low Carbon.
Ward has joined Low Carbon as investor relations director. She left 17Capital in May this year after a little more than two years working as investor relations manager. There, she was notably involved in the fundraising effort for the firm's latest vehicle, which closed on €208m in December 2012.
Ward has also held investor relations roles at Montagu Private Equity and August Equity.
Low Carbon is a privately owned investment company focusing on the development and operation of renewable energy power production. The firm manages assets on both its balance sheet and for third parties.
