FRANCE - Siparex promotes two
Siparex Group has today announced two internal promotions: Nicolas Eschermann to the management board and Pierre Bordeaux Montrieux as managing director.
Bordeaux Montrieux joined Siparex in 1998, initially working in the growth capital/LBO financing team in Lyon. Four years later he was appointed investment manager and subsequently was promoted managing director in January 2009, taking responsibility for north-eastern France at the same time as Siparex opened a new office in Strasbourg. While retaining his position in Strasbourg, he is now in charge of the growth capital/LBO financing team in Paris, alongside Antoine Krug, who is also managing director.
These changes follow those which took place in August, which saw Bertrand Rambaud take over as chairman of Siparex from Dominique Nouvellet. Nouvellet in turn has become chairman of Siparex Associés, the holding company whose shareholders are the main investors of the Siparex Group.
