DENMARK - Polaris acquires Tøjeksperten for DKK 900m

The acquisition is part of Polaris’ strategy to create a consolidated Danish and Nordic mens clothing chain. In 2007 Polaris also acquired Wagner/Texman, with 100 retail outlets in the Nordics, and the two chains will be merged to continue to expand the new entity.
